My stay at the lodge was a mix of great moments and some letdowns. The lodge is located perfectly for accessing outdoor activities, and I absolutely loved the serene atmosphere. However, the quality of service could use some improvement, especially in housekeeping and room comfort. Overall, while there were enjoyable aspects, there are several areas that need attention.
